STATUSPHERE MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, STATUSPHERE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR OTHER VIOLATIONS OF RIGHTS.
STATUSPHERE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY WEBSITE, NETWORK, COMPUTER SYSTEMS, SERVERS, PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, OR SOFTWARE, OR FOR ANY FAILURE DUE TO TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR STATUSPHERE OR COMBINATION THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO USERS OR TO ANY COMPUTER OR OTHER DEVICE ON OR THROUGH WHICH STATUSPHERE IS PROVIDED. By using Statusphere, you acknowledge and consent that the app may suggest and/or perform changes to your browser settings from time to time to enhance and/or modify performance or functionality. You agree that these changes may occur and that Statusphere bears no liability for any impact these alterations may have on your browsing experience.

Subject to these Terms, Statusphere grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Statusphere monitors third-party services by accessing their publicly available status pages, APIs, and RSS feeds. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services. Third-party service availability and status information is provided "as is". We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of third-party status information.
Your use of Statusphere is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
We may update Statusphere from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, update integrations, or improve performance. Updates may be provided automatically or require manual installation. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by uninstalling the Application from all your devices and ceasing all use. We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms, we discontinue the Application, or as required by law.
To uninstall Statusphere from your Windows computer:
Uninstalling will remove the application and all locally stored data from your device.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Statusphere shall be resolved through good faith negotiations.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Statusphere regarding the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
